Kellyville United FC Miniroos (Ages Under 5 to 7)

Kellyville United FC have run an in-house Miniroos competition, sponsored by Aldi, since the club's inception in 2015. The competition is run following the format & rules set out in the Miniroos guidelines which can be found at www.playfootball.com.au. The accompanying parent information pack is included.

The programme is a fun & simple introduction to football for boys & girls ages 4 -7. Squad sizes give all kids plenty of time on the ball, in weekly 45min sessions, supported by volunteer coaches who are provided with the opportunity to undertake coaching courses at Kellyville United FC, through Hills Football & Football NSW. It follows the club vision that all coaches in this age group be qualified at a grassroots level.

Game Day

Our In-house competition is a 16-week season, which coincides with the Hills Football winter competition, played every Saturday morning on Field 1, Caddies Creek Reserve, Millcroft Way Beaumont Hills. No racing around the district looking for fields.

Teams

Teams are divided into squads of 8-10 players. Grading is not undertaken & individual skill levels are not a basis for squad selection, thus allowing a level playing field amongst the age groups. Our Miniroos teams are formed on the common grounds of friendship old & new. Play with a friend or just play & we'll look after the details.
